This will guide you through what to do so we can accept your submission for publication
Proceeding editors checklist are the following:
- All files must be in editable Microsoft Word file format.
- All files must be in a single-column layout format.
- The font style used must be SEGOE UI and font size must be “12” for the manuscript.
- Correct paper and margin size of 1” for the top, bottom, right and left must be used.
- The spacing must be single line.
- The text is must be fully justified.
- All manuscripts must have Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, etc. section
- All figures/schemes/tables must be in their correct place and within the text.
The peer reviewed and complete manuscript should be submitted in a single .zip file format not more than 10MB to us via our email (editorialoffice@conferenceproceedings.com.ng). The following files should be submitted in addition to the manuscripts:
- Cover page (front and back page)
- Title page for the proceedings (including all editor names, affiliations and contact details)
- Foreword and any other optional preliminary matters. (A Foreword is expected to be made up of the conference proceedings overview. Editors can discuss the conference in generality not leaving out the scope, the speakers and those that contributed to the book. Foreword is usually followed by vote of thanks and acknowledgments to people who were helpful during the time of writing. This should not be more than 2 pages)
- Table of contents
- Separate Word files for each article (zipped in a single file).
- Copyright statement (where the author is not the copyright holder of the article).
If we are satisfied with all that you have submitted in accordance with our guidelines and confirm your payment then the manuscript will undergo our production processes.
If we agree to publish, all conference materials submitted, we will clearly indicate Lujosh as the publisher of the conference proceedings using our logo
