Conference Proceedings is committed to promote scientific publications and to do this effectively we have some policies in place, we encourage you as an editor, author and stakeholder in scientific publication to go through them as stated below
Publication Ethics Policy
It is important to have a standard that guide how the parties involved in publishing scientific related materials on this platform (like all other publications publish by Lujosh Ventures Limited). The publication ethics adopted here is in consonant with some best practices globally and so the parties involved in publication here with their various role and ethical behavior are well spelt out.
PUBLISHER’S DUTIES
- The Publisher, the editorial office and the conference proceedings.com.ng shall and will never under any circumstance discriminate in its publishing endevours.
- In a situation where allegation or well established plagiarism, inappropriate/corrupt publication or scientific gross misconduct, the publisher, in synergy with the proceedings editor(s) and the editorial office shall indulge in all genuine and unbiased protocols to shed more clarity to the case and make the necessary amendment even if it involves quick publication of an erratum or retraction of the affected publication.
PROCEEDINGS EDITOR’S DUTIES
Unbiased
All submitted manuscripts without prejudice, shall be assessed based on their intellectual composition within the scope of the conference whose proceedings is to be published irrespective of author’s age, gender, religious background, race, ethnicity, political ideology or philosophy, country of origin etc.
Confidentiality
Any submitted manuscript shall be held in trust and confidential with our platform. The proceeding editor(s) and any editorial team member shall not made known any information about manuscript submitted to anyone except the corresponding author, noumenon reviewers, reviewers, editors and the publisher, as deemed fit.
Conflicts of interest Disclosure
The editors shall not consider any manuscript that they have conflict of interest and it is mandated that this be made earlier so it can be assign to an independent editor without a stake. Any unpublished content made known in a manuscript submitted shall not be used in any of our editor’s personal research without informing and obtain the author’s consent.
Publication decisions
The decision on which submitted articles needs to be published after undergoing peer review is the responsibility of the proceeding editor(s). The proceeding editor(s)’ decision shall be guided by our policies, editorial office and any legal requirements which could be defaming, infringement on copyright and plagiarism..
AUTHOR’S DUTIES AS GUIDED BY THE PROCEEDINGS EDITORS
The following ethical rules of thumb are what proceeding editor(s) must ensured that authors adhere to. Failure to do this could lead to suspension or retraction of published or unpublished materials by the editorial team of our conference proceedings.
Standard Report
Reporting the findings of an original research, authors are expected to give an accurate and detailed account of the study with its significance alongside an objective discussion. All data in the manuscript must be accurately presented. A manuscript is expected to contain enough detail and references in case anyone wants to replicate the study. What make up unethical attitude with us is when as author you fraudulently present inaccurate statements in your work.
Originality and Plagiarism
Authors are expected to ensure their works are wholesomely original, and where others had been consulted in the process authors should adequately cite or quote the author of such works. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one scientific publishing outfit simultaneously which is also known as parallel submission, is unethical and unacceptable with us here. Also authors should not in any way publish manuscripts describing the same study in more than one scientific publishing outfit.
Authorship of a manuscript
Authorship should be strictly limited to people who have made important contribution to the concept, design, execution, or/and interpretation of the reported work. All the people that have made significant contributions can be listed as coauthors. If there are others that have been involved in certain meaningful area of the research work, they can be mentioned in the acknowledgement section. The corresponding author should ensure that the final version of the manuscript after undergoing peer reviewed and all necessary corrections are seen and approved by all co-authors for publication.
Hazards associated with human or animal subjects
If your study involves chemicals, methods or equipment that had any unfamiliar hazards or danger associated with their usage, this must be clearly indicated in the manuscript by the authors.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
It is expected that authors disclose any financial support for the research. All authors should also make known any substantive conflict of interest that could have influence the results or its interpretation in the manuscript.
Fundamental setback in published works
The proceeding editor(s) should be quickly notified of error or inaccuracy detected or discovered by authors in their own published work. Authors’ cooperation with the editorial team is high needed to either retract/revoke the paper or to publish an erratum that will address the error.
PEER REVIEWER’S DUTIES
Aiding editorial decisions
A Peer review is expected to aid editorial decisions that are made by the Editorial team and, the author in improving their manuscript in one way or the other.
Confidentiality
Manuscripts that we sent out shall be treated as confidential documents. They must not be display or discussed with others except if authorized by the proceeding editor(s). The reviewer shall not make known the contents of the submitted review to any individual or organization. This confidentiality goes beyond the publication or rejection of the manuscript submitted.
Promptness
Any reviewer reached out to that feel and know that he/she is not unqualified to review the manuscript effectively or felt there is no much time for him or her to carry out the duty shall immediately inform the proceeding editor(s) so that alternative reviewers can be swiftly reach out to.
Objectivity
Reviews are expected to be adjudged and screen objectively. Attacking or personal criticism of the author is condemnable and unacceptable. Reviewers shall express their views with ambiguity and germane arguments.
Conflict of interest
Reviewers are expected not to assess manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest that could have result from any situation or condition with anyone linked to the submitted manuscript.
Digital Archiving Policy
Ensuring that electronic information are safe and back up properly and readily available for distribution in a long term is known as digital preservation. The contents of our conference proceedings are electronic in nature and they are highly valuable and important to us and the authors that publish their manuscript with us via the conference editors to whom they submitted their manuscript. We own it as a duty to preserve these digital contents on a long term and make them accessible from anywhere and anytime.
The digital archiving policy includes the following steps
Internet archiving
The contents of website and all manuscript published by us are stored safely on server and this made it easy accessible to readers all over the world anytime they need it. Copies of all the contents are also been back up on other server sources. If there be any failure from one server, the other source can be made available for accessibility on the internet.
Author’s self archiving
The final published article can be archive personally by authors in any repositories of their choice after publication.
Peradventure our conference proceedings stops publishing
We wish and expect to continue publishing our conference proceedings perpetually. Peradventure something beyond our control, uncommon, unfortunate situation made us to stop publishing our conference proceedings, the articles published in our conference proceedings will be deposited with a reliable and well known digital archives in order to keep the articles online and accessible worldwide to the readers. To implement this we are currently having discussion with LOCKSS and Portico archives
Abstracting/Indexing services
Lots of important information about an article published by our conference proceedings is stored during the Abstracting or Indexing services with reliable repositories. In most cases the metadata of the articles are usually stored, while some repositories preferred to store the digital versions of the articles, alongside the metadata. With this, copies of the published articles are readily available for the scientific community via their systems as an alternative to the one on the conference proceedings’ website.
Copyright and License
With us all publications made are open access publication.
As author(s) by submitting the manuscript to the conference organizer, you, as copyright owner and author/representative of all the authors, grant a global perpetual royalty free exclusive license to Lujosh Ventures Limited (the owner and publisher of this Conference proceedings) to use the copyright in the article for the full term of copyright in all ways otherwise restricted by copyright.
The article published with our journal is made available under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA license; freely available outputs can also be legally shared and reused
In addition, authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely and of which they are expected to reciprocate in maintaining its integrity and give credit to the original authors and identify the publisher.
The Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 formalizes these and other terms and conditions of publishing articles.

In submitting an article to any of publishing platform by Lujosh Ventures Limited (Lujosh) I certify that;
I am authorized by my co-author(s) (if other authors exist) to enter into these arrangements.
I warrant, on behalf of myself and my co-authors, that:
the article submitted for publication is original, has no record of been published in any other peer-reviewed journal/ conference proceedings, neither is under consideration by any other journal/ conference proceedings and does not infringe any existing copyright or any other third party rights;
